ABOUT US
We produce high-quality bio polyols from industrial-grade vegetable oils, and our bio-polyols contain up to 95% renewable carbon content with reduced carbon footprint compared to raw materials based on fossil fuels. Our polyols are available in a wide range of molecular weights that meet the application and processing needs of foam and non-foam (CASE) manufacturers. We manufacture up to 10,000 tons of biopolyol annually and supply across the world.
OUR BACKGROUND
Eco-Chemicals has developed technology to manufacture bio-based polyols based on a patented process using vegetable oils. Our biopolyols were initially developed to resemble castor oil and are produced from vegetable oils which are grown in North America and Europe.

Our Polyols are suitable for use in many polyurethane applications, including flexible PU foam, adhesives, and other bio-products etc. They can also be used in certain other applications where castor oil can be used, but have the distinct advantage that it is possible to adjust the hydroxyl value and viscosity to best suit an application. Typically, our biopolyol has low odour due to the process of production, but can also be further deodorized for a very low odour product.
